About Infridr

Patent Intelligence Built for Product Development

Infridr helps product teams identify the patent claims that matter to what they’re building, so they can make informed design decisions before committing significant time and money to tooling, manufacturing, or launch.

Why we exist

Patent risk is often discovered too late.

Product teams can invest significant time and money developing a product before understanding how existing patents could affect the design. When important patent issues surface late, prototypes may already be built, tooling ordered, and redesigns become expensive.
Infridr exists to bring that clarity earlier into product development, while teams still have time to investigate, adapt, and make informed decisions.

What we’re Building
Patent Intelligence for Product Development

Infridr uses AI to connect patent claims directly to the product features you’re developing, helping your team quickly see what deserves attention and where deeper review may be needed.
The goal is simple: spend less time interpreting patents and more time making informed product decisions.

How We Think About Patent Intelligence

Patent intelligence should happen while products are being developed.

Traditional patent analysis and product development can operate as separate workflows. Infridr is being built to bring them closer together, giving product teams a way to understand relevant patent claims while design decisions can still change.

01: Start with the product

Engineers think in features, mechanisms, specifications, and design decisions. Patent intelligence should connect directly to what they are building.

02: Surface what deserves attention

Not every patent claim deserves the same level of review. Infridr helps teams identify the claims most relevant to specific product features so they know where to investigate further.

03: Keep people in the decision

Infridr helps engineering and IP teams focus their analysis. It does not determine infringement or replace patent counsel. Final legal conclusions remain with qualified IP professionals.

Who it’s for

Product & Engineering Teams
Identify patent issues earlier, while there’s still time to investigate alternatives and make design changes before expensive commitments are made.

IP & Legal Teams
Focus review on the claims most relevant to the product and give technical teams a structured way to investigate them while maintaining legal oversight.

One shared workflow for understanding patent risk earlier.

Why I’m Building Infridr

FOUNDER

Dapo Kolawole

As a Project Engineer, I’ve spent years designing products, evaluating tradeoffs, and making decisions under tight timelines.
On one project, just days before a Gate 1 product development review, I was given more than 300 patents to review for relevance. The challenge wasn’t simply finding patents. It was understanding what the claims actually meant for the product we were designing, determining which ones deserved deeper investigation, and doing it in time to inform the decisions ahead.
That experience exposed a gap between patent analysis and the way products are actually developed.
I started Infridr to close that gap.

Where we’re going

Tomorrow, we’re building the AI operating system for patent-aware product development.
